Miglióre, Italian for “Better, or Improve” is our Reserve Blend of rare Italian grape varieties. The name being a representation of what a perfect blend should be; greater than the sum of its parts. Enjoy with Bolognese, Arrabbiata sauces, carbonara, smoked meats, gumbo, and grilled vegetables. 

Milagro is one of our cherished M-series blends. Representing wines from Spain, making this blend becomes a mission to capture the flair for food and culture of that region. Winemaking in Spain is described in terms of “elaborar”, meaning to elaborate what the grapes are trying to express without manipulating the wine to be anything otherwise. Our goal is to elaborate the distinct qualities of our high-elevation terroir, and flavors that are true to the fruit. 

The majority (84%) of the grapes for this classically styled Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from our Peek Vineyard. At 3,000 feet elevation, this vineyard provides excellent growing conditions for Cabernet, where brisk night temperatures help retain Cabernet’s notable acidity and typical varietal aromas. The remainder of the Cabernet grapes comes from our Estate Vineyard, and contributes slightly softer tannins and more pronounced fruit aromas.
