Glou ("Glug" or gluggable in French slang) This wine is made from the varietal Refosco- This super clean RED wine is made in the tradition of a “new wine” in French style which is the tradition of bottling a wine as soon as it completes fermentation and releasing it on the  third Thursday of November at 12:01 a.m. to celebrate the end of harvest. This results in an uber-fresh, slightly effervescent lively young red wine. It’s intended to capture the “spirit” of the moment that juice turns into wine. Only 10% Alc - Mix it down for a great low guilt wine cocktail.
