Hailing from our Pinot Grande vineyard, our high elevation Pinots are a delight to all. This vintage of White Pinot Noir is truly one of a kind and unlike any of our previous vintages. Notice the color is a delicate salmon-hue, and the incorporation of acacia wood used in the aging process lends to a creamy taste and luxurious mouthfeel. This is a brand-new take on a classic wine by Boeger, and we hope you enjoy our creative efforts! Would pair well with baked brie, toasted nuts, charcuterie, salmon, and summer salads.
